My car buying experience is extensive, and I have never had as good an experience as I have had with Red Noland, the people are very kind and friendly from the sales consultant all the way through to the final signatures. The staff is very knowledgeable and unlike most car dealers when they say we will take care of you that is exactly what they do, I was deployed to Iraq and my daughter had a driving course scheduled, my wife brought the car in and they gave it the once over and checked everything on the car to make sure it was ready for her to take the course. This is the most professional dealership I have ever had the pleasure to be a part of and will never buy a car from any one else as long as I live in Colorado.

Dear Mr. Zumbo: I have been servicing my pre-owned Land Rover LR3 at Red Noland since April 2010. During this time I have worked exclusively with Mr. Curtis Kincaid. I must bring to your attention the outstanding customer service I receive from him on every visit, every phone call and every e-mail. My LR3 was not purchased at Red Noland but this has not affected the way in which Mr. Kincaid handles my service needs in the slightest.
At my last service Mr. Kincaid went above and beyond to help me with the needs of my vehicle....It was well past 5:00pm (when I picked up my car) and (Mr. Kincaid) discovered some trim clips in need of repair. He impressed me by taking the initiative to fix the broken clips right then himself, saving me frustration and the time commitment of a return service trip. It is important to note this example is not out of the ordinary for the type of service I receive from Mr. Kincaid, but actually the norm as he continually impresses me time and again. His pride in his work, your dealership and the Land Rover product is evident.
I have made a number of recommendations to encourage friends to service their vehicles at Red Noland based on my experiences and I plan to continue to work with your dealership well into the future.

I can't say enough about Red Noland Collision. Their communications with me were appreciated. Everyone I spoke with (Diane, Penny, Georgia) made certain the experience was timely and professional. After going through every detail I found the repairs to be done to my satisfaction. Speaking of DETAIL, to my surprise the car could have passed the white-glove test. They took the time to shampoo and clean every inch of the car. They even found my front floor mat in the trunk (it was covered with spilled coffee). I really believe that this process and attention to detail is given to every member of USAA and not just because I am an employee. Great job to everyone.
